OUR STORY
ROULER emerged during the 2008 recession as it took on management of a complex, problem-laden portfolio with properties located across the western United States. We demonstrated a keen ability to solve problems creatively, keep cool in a crisis, and maintain the tenacity to work through adversity.
We’ve spent more than 30 years acquiring, selling, developing, financing, leasing, and managing real estate in good times and bad. Through direct and joint-venture projects, we’ve worked with individual buildings as large as 700,000 square feet and with portfolios exceeding 10,000,000 square feet. We’ve honed our skills by structuring multimillion-dollar financings, advising on complex transactions, and managing companies with hundreds of millions in assets.
