Mission Trace Center in Lakewood, Colorado announced today the kickoff of its Mural Art project.
For some time following the center’s recent remodel, management explored different ways to enhance some of the exterior walls around the property. Local artist, Ratha Sok, was commissioned to create several art panels for each of our retail buildings. Exceptionally talented, Ratha has produced numerous public art works, most notably, some of the exterior wall-works for Natural Grocers stores around the Denver area (see: https://www.rathasok.com).
For Mission Trace, Ratha has come up with a whimsical, simplistic design theme that captures the essence of our family-friendly tenant community. The goal is to create an inviting and friendly atmosphere to make people feel welcomed at the property.
This summer will begin with the installation of two mural panels at the new Pediatrics building. More wall art will follow in subsequent weeks with similarly designed panels at buildings A and C.
